About the Team
The Integrated Operations team is responsible for enabling the Global Business Marketing (GBM) team to do impactful work at scale. The department oversees software and marketing automation solutions, budget management, and measurement and reporting infrastructure. The team also helps govern ways of working between global and regional teams and helps to strengthen employee engagement.
We are seeking a strategic and operationally-minded Marketing Operations veteran to lead and evolve the teams, tools, and processes that govern the way GBM operates. This role is essential in driving scalable systems, development and adoption of measurement tools and standards, and facilitating operational alignment across the entire GBM organization. You'll work cross-functionally with MSO, SMB, and Marketing Leadership to ensure that our systems, data, and processes support revenue growth and customer lifecycle management in a complex B2B environment.

Responsibilities
Systems & Tools
- Own the B2B marketing technology stack, including CRM, MAP (e.g. HubSpot), ABM platforms, and analytics tools
- Evaluate and implement first-party and third-party solutions that enable segmentation, automation, personalization, and attribution
- Ensure integration across marketing and sales systems to support seamless lead and contact capture, campaign execution, and performance tracking
Measurement & Reporting
- Lead the B2B marketing analytics function, developing a robust reporting infrastructure to measure pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, and ROI
- Standardize KPIs, reporting cadences, and dashboards for marketing leaders and stakeholders across regions and business units
- Build and evolve attribution models that reflect the complexity of multi-touch B2B buying journeys
Revenue Operations Alignment
- Partner closely with Monetization Strategy, Sales Ops, and Business Operations to align on lead management, ABM-strategies, funnel definitions, and contact governance
- Drive consistency in lead scoring, routing, lifecycle tracking, and SLA adherence
- Translate GTM strategies into operational workflows that accelerate demand generation and product adoption
Channel Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for the CoEs responsible for B2B Email Marketing, Organic/ Paid Social, and the TikTok for Business Website
- Ensure channel strategies support enterprise and mid-market segments with best practices, compliance, and performance monitoring
- Drive operational excellence in demand generation and brand engagement across all key digital touchpoints
Global Localization Management
- Lead a high-functioning localization team to support the creation and delivery of regionally relevant content across languages and markets
- Ensure speed, scale, and cultural nuance are delivered to meet business needs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Leadership years of experience in B2B marketing operations or general marketing leadership with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
Deep understanding of B2B marketing systems, buyer journeys, funnel metrics, and enterprise sales dynamics.
Proven experience leading marketing operations for global teams with complex technology stacks.
Expertise in revenue marketing, ABM and data-driven campaign execution.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence across Marketing, Sales, and Strategy teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing centers of excellence and global localization functions is a plus.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141000 - $255600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
