The team is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of creators (L0-L6) within TikTok Shop UK. This role focuses on creator onboarding, education, incubation, and advancement, ensuring healthy growth, activation, and long-term retention across key verticals.

- Own the full creator growth funnel from acquisition (L0) to high-level performance (L6).
- Design and implement structured onboarding and education programs for new creators.
- Lead incubation efforts for early-stage creators to drive activation and GMV growth.
- Support up-leveling of mid- and high-tier creators through strategic guidance, content feedback, and campaign planning.
- Build scalable playbooks and toolkits for different creator tiers.
- Monitor creator performance and lifecycle progression using data dashboards and benchmarks.
- Collaborate with category, BD, and affiliate teams to ensure effective creator-business matching.
- Deliver regular reporting and insights on creator health, uplevel/downlevel, and engagement trends.
