Logistics Operations Lead - TikTok Commerce

Responsibilities

About The Team:
This team is responsible to be focus on developing short term and long term cost targets and related indicators of each business to ensure a reasonable cost structure and accurate data in order to drive growth and improve the end customer experience.

- Lead and manage the local logistics team, including team planning, performance management, capability building, and daily operational guidance to ensure effective execution of country-level logistics strategies;
- Integrate the development goals of the overall international logistics business and promote project optimization through collaboration with logistics partners;
- Responsible for logistics operations for Korea's local logistics business in international e-commerce, working closely with the platform's core logistics service providers, and focusing on the continuous optimization of overall operational quality;
- Identify operational issues through data analysis and gain deep insights into the root causes via field research and on-site visits, then propose and implement solutions;
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional internal teams to drive achievement of business goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in supply chain, logistics management, industrial engineering, or related fields;
- Team management experience;
- Proficiency in both Korean and Mandarin for work communication as this position requires to work with local logistic partners and internal Logistic team based in China;
- Capable of smooth coordination and collaboration with partners from multiple regions;
- Experience in first mile & last-mile delivery operations;
- Experience working with traditional fast-moving logistics operations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is preferred.
