We are seeking high-potential graduates to join the Logistics Operations Excellence Graduate Program, a structured 12-month development program designed to cultivate future Operations Excellence professionals.
Throughout the program, participants will build strong foundational capabilities in operations performance monitoring, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will be exposed to real operational challenges and work closely with Operations, Product, and Data teams to drive measurable improvements. As the program progresses, you are expected to take on increasing levels of ownership and responsibility. In the end of the program, you are expected to progressively take on higher ownership throughout the program.

- Drive Service Excellence: Support the monitoring of operations performance through scorecards, reports, and dashboards.
- Enable Performance Governance: Assist in preparing monthly operations performance reviews and tracking follow-up actions with Operations teams.
- Generate Data-Driven Insights: Conduct basic data analysis to identify performance trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration:Support initiatives in partnership with Operations, Product, and Data teams to deliver operational improvements.
- Assist in projects related to route planning, tracking visibility, and operational process improvement.
- Improve Operational Effectiveness: Assist in projects related to route planning, tracking visibility, and operational process optimization.
- Enhance Productivity and Cost Awareness: Contribute to initiatives focused on improving efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness across operations.
- Standardize Operational Practices: Support documentation of operational processes, SOPs, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Build Ownership and Execution Capability: Gradually take on increased ownership of analysis and project deliverables throughout the 12-month program.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience (internships in Logistics or Consulting will be considered).
- Strong academic background and demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple task in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and basic analysis tools.
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is needed to manage stakeholders in China Market.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Logical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong interest in operations, analytics, and process improvement
- Comfortable using Excel, dashboards; SQL/BI tools is a plus
