Responsibilities:
- Drive Service Excellence: Support the monitoring of operations performance through scorecards, reports, and dashboards.
- Enable Performance Governance: Assist in preparing monthly operations performance reviews and tracking follow-up actions with Operations teams.
- Generate Data-Driven Insights: Conduct basic data analysis to identify performance trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration:Support initiatives in partnership with Operations, Product, and Data teams to deliver operational improvements.
- Assist in projects related to route planning, tracking visibility, and operational process improvement.
- Improve Operational Effectiveness: Assist in projects related to route planning, tracking visibility, and operational process optimization.
- Enhance Productivity and Cost Awareness: Contribute to initiatives focused on improving efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness across operations.
- Standardize Operational Practices: Support documentation of operational processes, SOPs, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Build Ownership and Execution Capability: Gradually take on increased ownership of analysis and project deliverables throughout the program.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any field or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, technology, digital platforms, consumer products, creator economy, or business operations.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across teams and markets.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, learning agility, ownership, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Prior internship, project, case competition, startup, consulting, e-commerce, technology, or business operations experience.
- Experience using data to solve business problems, such as through Excel, SQL, dashboards, analytics tools, or structured research.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through student organizations, entrepreneurial projects, competitions, community initiatives, or other meaningful experiences.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, and work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
