The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We're currently seeking a Logistics Network Planning and Quality Control Manager to join our Europe Logistics Operations team, responsible for CBT solutions.

- Responsible for UK logistics seller operations and communication, perform in-depth analysis by seller level of E2E leadtime, experience enhancement and output solutions for seller growth and logistics operational improvement
- Design market faced competitive ratecard and sellers growth strategy by different industries, responsible for growing sellers, output growth strategy and logistics solutions that incorporate both operating procedures and system functions that serve UK logistics and operations expansion and improvement.
- Manage the seller solution and performance for the whole journey from order creation to delivery, drive for constant cost and lead-time improvement
- Work with cross function teams (operations, account managers, governance etc) to establish common goals and rules for seller experience. Continue to drive solution upgrades and innovations that are best suited for the UK market, contribute to the accumulation of our core logistics capabilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of logistics performance management or seller solutions design experience in the e-commerce or logistics industry. Cross-region and cross-culture work experience is preferred
- Have a good understanding of e-commerce platform sellers management, domestic logistics and other related industries. Experience in large e-commerce companies or international logistics companies is preferred;
- Have good analytical thinking, familiar with data analysis tools, good at business negotiations
- With excellent communication skills, cross-team collaboration, and project management skills
- Has the ability to think outside the box and is able to take initiative in innovation to solve complex problems.
