Local Business Empowerment Category Project Intern (TikTok Shop by Tokopedia) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

About the team
LBE team focuses on empowering local businesses to grow through TikTok Shop and Tokopedia. We work closely with government agencies, local communities, and ecosystem partners to help MSMEs adopt digital commerce improve their business capabilities through education and trainings, support regulatory compliance and create opportunities for local brands to expand their reach both domestically and internationally. Our goal is to help local businesses grow sustainably while contributing to the local economy and job creation.

About this role
This role will support the LBE team across a variety of projects and gain hands on experience in business operations, project management, and stakeholder engagement. By the end of the internship, they will have developed strong project management, communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills, while gaining a solid understanding of Indonesia's digital commerce ecosystem and local business development.

Responsibilities
- Assisting the team on all ongoing projects
- Communicating and assist MSMEs at each event for the onboarding process
- Assisting Beli Lokal POC in pulling data and conducting analysis
- Conduct best top research for various categories (From government analysis and industry analysis)
- Other admin related works

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,SUMIF and Pivot Tables
- Can prepare professional presentation decks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to structure, analyze and present reports clearly
- Strong work ethic with a high level of ownership and reliability

Preferred Qualifications
- Hard working, dedicated, motivated and willing to learn
- Prior E-commerce experience
