LLM Operation Manager - TikTok LIVE

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for model strategy operation related to TikTok live streaming business governance. Gain a thorough understanding of the business model, launch and maintain models and related rules, and analyze and take charge of the effectiveness of model strategies.
2. Identify problems and develop solutions through data and case analysis, then collaborate with other departments to systematically promote the implementation of solutions.
3. Establish a sound evaluation mechanism, provide reasonable assessment results for the current status of online strategies in TikTok live streaming business, develop indicators, and do a good job in data operation and data asset management.
4. Be sensitive to cutting-edge technologies, understand model principles, have basic iteration ideas, and be familiar with various sample production schemes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience; experience in content ecology governance, operation rule formulation, governance strategy development, or model-related work is required.
2. Good data analysis ability, proficient in using data analysis to identify and explore problems.
3. Clear logic, good at communication, strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent writing skills, and a strong sense of purpose.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Passionate about content products.
2. Project management experience.
3. Able to grasp various demands and integrate resources to achieve cross-departmental cooperation.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88000 - $202667 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
