About the team
The Trust & Safety LIVE Policy Deployment Team serves as the cornerstone of end-to-end policy implementation across human and machine moderation systems. We integrate T&S Policy Framework standards, regional compliance requirements, and operational practicality to develop future-ready deployment strategies-ensuring seamless adaptation to AI-driven moderation environments. Our responsibilities encompass process design, deployment prioritization, policy testing, pre-launch validation, and post-implementation monitoring, enabling the LIVE ecosystem to scale safely and responsibly.
About the role
As a LIVE Policy Deployment Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate policy implementation for LIVE business lines. You'll collaborate with T&S Operations, Product, Algorithms, Training, Data Science, Platform, and Policy teams to architect deployment schedules, streamline processes, and solve high-stakes policy challenges. Your leadership will directly impact the quality and efficiency of moderation systems, ensuring policies are not only compliant but also actionable, scalable, and optimized for AI integration into policy deployment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end LIVE policy deployment planning, including roadmap, prioritization framework, and resource allocation to align with business goals and risk mitigation
- Drive alignment across stakeholders (Ops, Product, Algo, Data Science) to execute high-impact/risk policy cascades, ensuring timely and consistent implementation across human and machine moderation workflows.
- Optimize pre-launch assessment, policy testing, and training methodologies to enhance deployment speed and accuracy in dynamic LIVE environment
- Oversee the full lifecycle of LIVE policy implementation-from development to deployment-ensuring adherence to T&S standards while solving critical operational bottlenecks
- Partner with other Policy teams and Platform teams to customize tooling solutions, embed AI-driven efficiencies into LIVE policy management, and future-proof LIVE systems for evolving moderation needs.

- Design and validate policy initiatives through data-driven experiments, leveraging insights to refine deployment approaches and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Law, Sociology, Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in policy operation, policy deployment, AI moderation systems, ops management, policy analysis, risk assessment, or program management of complex cross-functional projects, preferably in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or tech companies
- Proven track record of designing scalable processes and driving alignment across diverse teams (e.g., Policy, Product, Engineering, Operations).
- Deep understanding of content moderation workflows and AI-driven policy tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance compliance requirements, operational feasibility, and user experience
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex policy concepts into actionable plans for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of LIVE content ecosystem and business landscape
- Experience in designing or scaling experimental policy framework
- Experience in implementing process transformations in fast-paced environments, with a focus on user adoption and measurable efficiency gains
