The LIVE team is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike.

As TikTok LIVE continues to grow rapidly across the MENAT region, with a rising number of daily active users, the risk of harmful content exposure and policy violations increases accordingly. This growth highlights the urgent need for real-time content review and localized insights tailored to the region's unique cultural and social dynamics.

To support this growing need, we seek to hire an intern focused on Turkish language content review. Interns will play a critical role in identifying high-risk content, analyzing user behavior trends, and ensuring culturally sensitive review practices. Their support will enable the regional governance team to operate more efficiently and respond swiftly to emerging risks and challenges in the region.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests

Join our dynamic TikTok Live Content Governance team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in platform safety and community integrity. We're looking for proactive or Turkish speaking interns who are passionate about digital content, cultural nuance, and real-time content review in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time content review for TikTok Live streams in Turkish markets.
- Identify and escalate high-risk or policy-violating content
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and potential platform misuse
- Prepare summary reports highlighting key findings and trends

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- High oral and written fluency in English and Turkish. Our team works with stakeholders from both the Middle East, Turkey and globally and will be required to communicate effectively with them
- Commitment: Minimum 4 days/week for at least 3 months
- Education: Currently enrolled in university
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus under pressure
- Comfortable handling sensitive or graphic content
- Interest in LIVE business, platform governance, and content safety
- Awareness of the region's cultural contexts

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in trust & safety, governance, or content analysis.
