Responsibilities
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage official external merchant groups, design group activities and engagement plans, and promote policy guidance and livestreaming knowledge.

- Manage and maintain internal and external training programs and course resources; maintain the internal course library and AI bot; communicate with regional education teams.
- Create training promotional materials, assist in developing and optimizing training courses, organize online and offline training sessions, and collect post-training data.
- Support merchant-side configuration of livestreaming tools and the use of other livestreaming infrastructure-related tools.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or above.
- Basic skills in video/audio editing and copywriting.
- Proficient in Excel with basic data analysis abilities.
- Professional fluency in English reading and writing is required to communicate directly with stakeholders
- Good project management skills; detail-oriented, highly self-driven, and responsible.
Preferred Qualifications
- Be sensitive to data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
- Have excellent communication skills and good coordination abilities.
- Previous experience on e-commerce or marketplaces.
