Our Global E-commerce Governance and Experience (GNE) team ensures that TikTok's marketplace remains safe and trustworthy for users, sellers, and creators. As a Listing Governance Program Manager Graduate in the Listing Governance team, you will contribute to the creation and execution of policies and systems that safeguard the platform's quality and sustainability. Responsibilities
- Assist with the governance of international e-commerce products, particularly focusing on identifying and addressing low-quality and subpar products on the platform.
- Support the analysis of business data, performing attribution analysis to identify and respond to fluctuations in product listing performance or potential governance issues.
- Provide daily operational support by organizing and following up on project tasks, reviewing data, and assisting with special reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, algorithm, and risk control to enhance and upgrade the platform's risk control capabilities and ensure the quality of the user experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Final year student (graduate in 2026) or recent graduates with less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
- Proficiency in office software and analytical tools
- Strong research, investigation, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Motivated self-starter who works well under pressure and has a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong data analysis skills
- Previous experience with e-commerce platforms or relevant internships

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $77969 - $105556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
