Responsibilities

To support the fast growth and manage the massive content on the platform, our infrastructure team is building hyper-scale datacenters globally that host millions of servers. We are looking for a passionate and structured leader who manage a team to overlook the Data Center Delivery processes, including data center sourcing, due dillegence, deployment and decom. Your team will work closely with Planning, Data Center Engineering, Operation and Global Supply Chain to manage complex construction and projects in primarily Americas and EMEA regions. By partnering with cross regional and functional team members, you will be able to overlook hyper-scale data center projects which will support strategic initiatives and enable millions of creators. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing complex projects and building constructive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical due diligence during the datacenter sourcing and acquisition process, plan the construction schedule, or verify the schedules provided by datacenter developers.
- Manage the portfolio of construction projects by defining and monitoring key technical specifications, availability targets, deployment schedules, and commercial milestones for each project.
- Ensure that construction managers and project managers comply with these requirements and drive the successful delivery of all projects.
- Be accountable for the overall progress of construction projects of various scales and phases, including greenfield construction, facility upgrades, or white-space build-outs.
- Be in charge of other datacenter projects such as cabling and security system installations.
- Operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and achieve solid results.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or other relevant fields.
- Experience in operations, supply chain management, construction, or data center management is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills, with a demonstrated history of leading complex initiatives towards timely and successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A master's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or an MBA.
- Five years of relevant professional experience, including three years in a management position overseeing construction projects or teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both in interacting with construction managers and in interpreting and conveying high-level business needs and customer requirements.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different levels and departments.
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry best practices, solutions, and emerging trends.
- A proven track record of expediting the overall delivery of hyper-scale datacenters with satisfied customers.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $174000 - $359520 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
