TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. As a Key Account Intern, you will be part of our Dine-in Enterprise team, working with large-scale restaurant merchants to drive growth on our platform. In this role, you will manage and nurture relationships with our key merchant partners, support their business growth, and drive participation in platform campaigns.

- Support strategic business development by identifying potential top merchant opportunities and assisting with long term strategic collaboration development.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with merchants and partners, and help understand their business needs to support long-term collaboration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, content, and product to ensure effective project coordination and delivery.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, and support team efforts in campaign optimization and merchant success.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English is required to communicate with internal stakeholders based in English-speaking markets, where English is a primary working language.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Internship, project, or campus experience related to sales, marketing, operations, partnerships, or business analysis.
- Familiarity with content platforms, digital marketing, or social media ecosystems is a plus.
