IT Procurement Manager, Systems Integration, AMS

Responsibilities

Team Introduction
TikTok's IT Category Procurement team manages the sourcing and purchasing activities of all hardware, software and services, from very essential working tools to critical networking, communication and security infrastructures.

Responsibilities:
- Based on AMS business requirements, identify and onboard specialized IT System Integrators and hardware partners capable of delivering turnkey infrastructure solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process for complex integration projects, including low-voltage systems, smart-office builds, and security infrastructure deployments.
- Establish a comprehensive data-driven procurement analysis to identify cost-saving and efficiency optimization points within the IT supply chain and regional integration workflows.
- Detect and resolve bottlenecks in the global IT procurement and delivery lifecycle by formulating robust regional supplier selection and delivery management strategies.
- Continuously promote cost optimization through reasonable planning of supplier selection strategies and negotiations, and ensure compliance.
- Manage the performance and service quality of System Integrators throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and build stable partnerships with high-quality vendors.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in IT procurement specifically focused on systems integration, such as audio-visual, physical security, low-voltage cabling, and internet service providers.
- Proven track record of managing technical vendors and understanding the deployment lifecycle of integrated IT environments.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of proactively identifying risks in complex integration projects to promote continuous development and progress.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing international systems integration projects or working within a high-growth multinational technology company.
- Professional certifications related to procurement or project management, such as CPSM, CIPS, or PMP.
- Deep understanding of hardware OEM ecosystems and the relationship between manufacturers and local system integrators.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102400 - $174800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
