About the team
Ensuring the safety of our global community is a core value at TikTok. The Business Integrity (BI) team plays a critical role in developing technologies and driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce and to ensure advertiser quality on the TikTok platform.

This Product Manager role sits within the Integrity Product & Client Solutions team. You will be fully responsible for supporting business growth objectives, unlocking key opportunities, while ensuring the integrity of the platform and processes are optimized. You will ensure the integrity related products, technologies and processes enable TikTok to manage and mitigate the risks associated with advertising.

You will work closely with TikTok Global Monetization Product and Technology (GMPT) teams to define the appropriate integrity solution (policy, process and platform) requirements, align with cross functional stakeholders on the approach and drive development of these integrity solutions in time to support business objectives.

You will derive business insights and manage input/feedback/technical requests from Sales, Advertiser Experience, and other commercial partners, then transforming them into product requirements, helping product managers see through the importance of rigorous data analytics, ruthless prioritization and economic sense of product development. As a final step, you will own and lead the operational readiness for a successful, streamlined launch within the assigned markets.

Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth understanding of the full lifecycle of ad production and consumption in line with monetization product forms; design the monetization product integrity system and implement review processes; proactively address risks and experience issues for users and clients in ad risk control scenarios to ensure sustainable business development.
- Dive deep into business processes, abstract and define key problems; lead the long-term iteration of review and risk control products, and take responsibility for the continuous evolution of review platform capabilities and risk control infrastructure.

- Build an quantitive evaluation system; monitor core daily metrics and conduct data analysis to timely identify issues and provide reasonable solutions.
- Conduct effective cross-team communication and collaboration; build and maintain long-term trusted partnerships with internal teams (product, operations, R&D, algorithm, policy) and external departments (community, e-commerce); establish sound process collaboration mechanisms and product interaction mechanisms.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive experience in complex product management, large-scale commercial business risk control or technology/solution consultancy; Experience supporting product launches in multiple markets is a plus; ideally, in ad integrity or risk control space.
- Experienced in risk control and experience requirements from customers, users, platforms and various complex scenarios; drive the implementation of comprehensive solutions and precipitate them into infrastructure capabilities to empower horizontal businesses.
- You have a deep interest in developing and growing business opportunities by solving customer problems and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize products and processes
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as Chinese-speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration and market expansion.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $311600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
