Industry Activation Strategist - Global Business Solutions- UK
Responsibilities
The Industry Activation Strategist (IAS) is a specialist role within the Regional Product & Client Solutions (rPCS) organization, responsible for driving industry impact through data driven insights, intelligence, and strategic vertical narratives. The role partners closely with RPCS to deliver deep vertical insights that inform GBS-facing narratives and sales strategies.
IAS conducts industry research, develops strategies to address key client and industry challenges, and generates insights that shape vertical-wide priorities. Working in close collaboration with GBS sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the role translates market, performance, and industry signals into actionable strategies that accelerate penetration, product adoption, and revenue growth.
Acting as the connective tissue between vertical priorities, sales execution, and scalable insights, IAS partners with RPCS to provide GBS teams with clear narratives, benchmarks, and scorecards to drive measurable impact.

- Generate data-driven vertical insights by synthesizing market intelligence, platform trends, industry research, and competitive signals to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Own the development of vertical benchmarks, scorecards, and client-facing insight frameworks that support penetration, product adoption, and revenue growth.
- Translate insights into clear, compelling vertical narratives and executive-ready POVs that support GBS-facing sales motions and client conversations.
- Codify high-impact vertical use cases and strategic approaches, and translate them into scalable sales enablement materials to elevate client pitches and drive consistent adoption of priority solutions.
- Partner cross-functionally with rPCS, Global Business Marketing, and Research & Insights to connect vertical priorities with sales execution and ensure insights translate into aligned, on-the-ground action.
- Support insight tooling and automation initiatives by partnering cross functionally and defining requirements for internal teams.
- Attend high-value client meetings as a trusted point of reference for authoritative market research and industry insights.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience articulating complex industry-wide challenges and opportunities, in a simple, easy to digest way for senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience using advertising data to craft campaign strategies across full funnel objectives.
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive alignment on recommended campaign strategies.
- Excellent critical thinking & analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of TikTok's product & measurement suite.
- Proactive attitude with a growth mindset, eager to learn, with ego in check.
