Responsibilities

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. TikTok Shop is an innovative new commerce platform that is redefining the way people discover and shop online. Through seamless in-app shopping experiences, we enable sellers, creators, and communities to drive real commercial value.

Our team supports TikTok Shop's seller incubation and growth strategy for the Italian market through research, analysis, and cross-functional project execution.

In this role, you will:
- Conduct strategy research, market analysis, and data processing to support seller growth in the Italian market.
- Support the preparation and localization of seller-facing communications and materials.
- Assist with performance tracking and reporting for seller growth programs.
- Partner closely with cross-functional business teams to drive key projects and support effective strategy execution.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English to be able to work with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication with global product teams and resource management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; eager to learn, hard-working, and proactive.
- Open-minded, efficient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Proven experience in problem-solving and time management; able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable working with data.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or social commerce platforms.
