Identity Governance Administration Architect - Global Security Organization

We are seeking a strategic and experienced IGA Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in identity lifecycle management, role and policy-based access control, regulatory compliance, and access certification. This role requires both hands-on experience building custom IGA solutions and proficiency with industry-leading tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint, and Omada.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable and policy-driven IGA solutions aligned with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
- Define and maintain identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, and certifications.
- Establish and enforce IGA policies, standards, and best practices in alignment with frameworks such as PCI-DSS, NIS2, ISO 27001, and SOX.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, platform, and security teams to implement advanced IGA features across various tools.
- Design and implement a comprehensive, policy-driven access governance framework.
- Partner with various product teams managing IGA tools to provide them guidance on designing and implementing advanced IGA features.
- Support audit and compliance initiatives by ensuring appropriate controls, documentation, and evidence are in place.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and operational teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying IGA solutions in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of identity and access concepts including RBAC/ABAC/PBAC, least privilege, and Zero Trust architecture.
- Hands-on experience designing and building tools for access requests, approvals, provisioning, and certification.
- Experience working closely with business and compliance teams to define and implement access policies (e.g., SoD, toxic combinations).
- Demonstrated success in supporting regulatory audits such as SOX, PCI, etc., with appropriate governance controls.
- Familiarity with cloud IAM and IGA platforms for Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Scripting and automation experience using Java, PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years focused on IGA.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence global cross-regional teams and their roadmaps.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively with globally distributed teams.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $147200 - $269800 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
