Responsibilities:
-AI Capability Platform Support: Assist in building standardized AI capability integration and management mechanisms; support the seamless integration of LLM, multimodal models with content quality control systems to drive automation and human-AI collaboration efficiency.
-Product Design & Iteration: Participate in product planning and iteration for core modules including moderation workbench, WFM platform, and knowledge base; assist in drafting PRDs, interaction designs, and feature specifications under the guidance of senior PMs.
-AI Knowledge Engineering: Support the construction of intelligent knowledge production and retrieval capabilities using LLM/RAG technologies; assist in building the "production → evaluation → refinement" knowledge iteration loop for global moderation teams.
