In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our Global Corporate Functions teams, including Brand & Communications, Legal, and Public Policy. Your primary mission is to transform data-driven insights into high-impact, cross-functional projects that enhance organizational effectiveness, improve the employee experience, and empower leaders. We're looking for an experienced project manager who excels at managing stakeholders, creating roadmaps, and driving initiatives from conception to completion. - Stay current with business strategies using data analysis, research, and interviews to proactively identify strategic issues and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

- Build strong partnerships with HRBPs and business leaders to understand their challenges and deliver targeted, data-driven solutions for their organizational and talent needs.
- Partner with Corporate COE (Center of Excellence) teams to implement key HR initiatives in alignment with company guidelines, overseeing the entire process to ensure operational excellence.
- Conduct targeted competitor benchmarking and analysis to generate critical external insights, helping to shape and evolve our internal business and people strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize HR-related data to create clear visualizations and quantitative insights that support key business and HR decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in project management, program management or a similar strategic role, preferably within an HR or technology environment.
- Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into strategic, actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with leaders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with organizational design projects and change management methodologies.
- Deep familiarity with core HR processes and metrics, preferably gained from experience in a People Analytics or HR Strategy role.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI, and advanced spreadsheet skills.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $228000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
