HR Operations Lifecycle Specialist - EMEA - Ireland
Responsibilities
The HR operations team, endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Responsibilities:
- Ensure legal compliance by managing and implementing applicable human resource local requirements for the local market in Ireland, with the potential of extended remit to additional countries within Europe.
- Be responsible for vendor management to improve operation and service quality, efficiency and experience (e.g. benefits vendors).
- Committed to building good and harmonious employee relations.
- First point of contact for any employee queries. Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end-to-end HR solutions to solve their issues.
- Design and recommend enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing HR processes and procedures.
- Support employee life cycle management processes such as on-boarding management, termination, personal data changes, internal transfers , leave management & benefit operations including relevant documentation and employee file management in accordance to local legislation.
- Support relocation, immigration and other responsibilities related to staffing administration.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant training/degree and experience within People Operations/Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland employment legislation/ compliance laws and market practices and favourably additional knowledge of other countries.
- Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and off-boarding) and providing end to end HR solutions
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
- Humility, flexibility, and good interpersonal & customer facing skills are a must
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of multiple legislations and market practices within the region.
