HR Business Partner Project Intern (Trust & Safety) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Responsibilities
- Assist with process documentation, project management, program coordination, on matters such as onboarding, employee engagement, employee development etc.
- Understand the company HR policies, and provide support and answers to employees' queries.
- Provide data analysis support on people-related matters.
- Improve employee experience by organising and promoting culture-related activities.
- Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields.
- Good communication skills (verbal and visual), systematic thinking, attention to detail.
- Proactive and willing to take on challenges.
- Responsible and positive work attitude with good abilities to deal with challenging tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience or internships in Human Resources, Project Management, Operations.
