Team Introduction
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is TikTok's commercial engine, responsible for driving revenue by enabling the success of our global Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategic Partnerships functions.

- Rotate in different HR teams including global and regional HR Business Partner teams, Center of Excellence and Talent Acquisition and shadow with HR colleagues for HR key initiatives
- Connect with the business and understand the business strategies, and ensure the execution of people plans aligned with business needs
- Support the Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance, Management, Employee Relationship, Company Survey, RTO and etc.
- Partner with business leaders and Center of Excellence to support career development initiatives and programs, e.g. New Employee Onboarding Program, Recognition Program and etc.
- Participate in regional and global HR & business meetings that drive alignment and scale
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in business human resources field or similar.
- Demonstrated project management and change management experience and ability to drive programs independently.
- Analytical and data management skills with experience translating data into action planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with HR Business Partners or in HR. Other areas preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
