The Creator Operations team in TikTok Shop (Health & Beauty) drives growth by enabling creators to turn engaging content into e-commerce performance within the platform's "shoppertainment" model. The team manages end-to-end creator campaigns-from strategy and mechanics (e.g., vouchers, missions, creator mix) to execution-while using data and content insights to optimize engagement and conversion. They work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and creators to identify trends, unlock growth opportunities, and continuously improve campaign impact in a fast-paced environment.

- Support end-to-end execution of creator and cross-functional campaigns, including backend setup, campaign configuration, creator sourcing, and stakeholder coordination
