Head of Client Solutions Apps & Gaming France, Italy & Spain - Global Business Solutions

Responsibilities

This role sits within our TikTok FRITES (France, Italy & Spain) Global Business Solutions team, which is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, business development and support.

The Head of Client Solutions will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors (Client Solutions Managers) to ensure flawless campaign execution and deliver and upsell against revenue goals.

The role will also build and manage strategic client relationships to grow our partnerships with Apps & Gaming clients across France, Italy and Spain - from global gaming publishers and mobile-first app developers to their user acquisition, growth and performance agency teams. This role will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including other sales leaders, product, measurement, marketing science, creative and solutions engineering, to advocate for client needs, influence product development and contribute to building a world-class team and culture.

The ideal candidate is someone who can operate autonomously, is customer-obsessed and able to influence clients while coordinating and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Success in this position requires strong people-management skills, deep fluency in performance and app advertising, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, measurement-driven environment.

Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Client Solutions Managers across the FRITES markets, fostering a high-performance culture.

Co-lead the Apps & Gaming vertical together with your Brand Partnerships Lead counterpart.

Develop team capabilities in consultative, data-driven campaign strategy, performance analysis, and scaled user acquisition best practices.

Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to support career growth.

Build scalable processes to enable the team to operate efficiently across three markets in a fast-growing environment.

2. Product Expertise & Client Consultation

Develop deep expertise in TikTok's performance and app solutions - including App Install campaigns, App Event Optimization (AEO), Value-Based Optimization (VBO), Smart+ and auction-based tools - and clearly articulate their value to Apps & Gaming clients.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of TikTok's measurement and attribution capabilities for apps, including MMP integrations, SKAdNetwork/AEM frameworks, incrementality and lift solutions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors' app and gaming ad products, measurement capabilities and attribution models.

Consult with clients on full-funnel user acquisition, re-engagement and monetization strategies that drive ROAS, retention and LTV goals.

Leverage data to identify gaming and app consumer trends, and develop actionable best practices, playbooks and case studies for client success.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with product, engineering, measurement, marketing science and creative operations teams to troubleshoot wider client issues, improve advertising offerings and support product innovation.

Share vertical insights with internal teams and global Apps & Gaming counterparts to help shape advertising strategy, offering and product roadmaps.

Support the team to conduct business reviews, strengthen client relationships and ensure successful campaign execution.

4. Strategic Impact & Innovation

Serve as a thought partner to FRITES leadership, identifying strategic priorities, growth opportunities and operational efficiencies for the Apps & Gaming vertical.

Influence product and strategic company decision-making with data-driven insights and industry expertise.

Proactively develop and deliver resources such as best practice guides, product implementation playbooks and gaming-specific creative and UA strategies.

5. Ownership & Initiative

Take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy in managing priorities and driving results across a multi-market region.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance and app advertising (user acquisition, growth marketing or mobile performance).
- Strong track record managing app developers and/or gaming advertisers, with an understanding of scaling challenges and advertiser objectives across several media platforms.
- Deep knowledge of the mobile app ecosystem: MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular), SKAdNetwork/ATT, attribution and incrementality measurement, and ROAS/LTV-based optimization.
- Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights to assess and optimise campaign performance.
- Experience building relationships with senior growth, UA and marketing decision-makers at app developers, gaming publishers and agencies.
- Ability to proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues through proper escalation processes.
- Fluent language skills in English and French in order to communicate with clients

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience managing or mentoring high-performing teams in account management, client solutions or sales roles, ideally across multiple markets.
- Direct experience in the gaming industry (mobile, PC/console publishers) or at a high-growth consumer app.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to diagnose and solve technical problems (e.g., SDK/API integrations, postback issues, attribution discrepancies).
- Skilled at translating technical measurement concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with campaign performance analysis on TikTok and other performance media channels (Google App Campaigns, Meta AAA, DSPs, ad networks).
