Head of Agency, Brazil - Global Business Solutions

At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. About the Role
The Head of Agency Sales is responsible for developing strategy and driving revenue for a regional Agency Sales team. They will serve as the advocate for their agencies both internally and externally. They will grow and develop the team to become strategic advisors to their clients.
We are looking for an individual that has a passion for data-backed storytelling to identify business opportunities that help grow revenue and brings intellectual curiosity, energized by a rapid growth environment.
This role requires a dynamic leader who can build and nurture relationships with agencies and direct sales partners, drive revenue growth, and provide exceptional leadership to our agency sales team. Success in this role requires a focus on deepening relationships across the agency landscape, driving commercial growth for TikTok, project and relationship management, client education, and the ability to tell a strong story that shows TikTok's ability to drive client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Earn a place as a trusted advisor to our agency partners to uncover and create a pipeline of strategic opportunities that ultimately influence and drive revenue
- Utilize experience to generate thought leadership, drive repeat business and help increase existing direct revenue from our entire agency ecosystem
- Partner cross-functionally to identify new strategic, scalable programs and outreach opportunities specifically for agencies
- Prioritize sales narratives that relate to the needs of the agencies
- Deep understanding of product to drive enhancements to unlock revenue
- Lead a high performing team and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Be a creative voice to inspire the team and our clients
- Represent TikTok with distinction at pivotal client and industry events, embodying our brand's values as a delegate and speaker, and establishing a strong presence in the industry's collective consciousness
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- 10+ Years of direct experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand marketing
- Business Proficient in Portuguese & English (due to the business requirement in-region)
- Experience working with media and/or creative agencies, either from the commercial side or as part of their team

- Experience in digital marketing, preferably working in media.
- Experience managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives
- Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies, including managing and closing investment negotiations
- Ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation channels
- Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Skilled with building C-Level relationships
- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams
- Ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
