Growth Marketing Project Intern - SMB Advertising - 2026 Start (BS/MS)
Responsibilities
Team Introduction:
As a vital member of the SMB Product Growth team, the Growth Marketing Manager - TikTok Ads will play a critical role in driving advertiser acquisition and product adoption through performance campaigns run on TikTok itself. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional marketing teams, regional leads, creative strategists, and product and analytics stakeholders to execute high-impact paid media initiatives. You'll use performance data and creative insights to inform campaign strategies and drive measurable growth through full-funnel marketing tactics.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing B2B TikTok ad campaigns across various locales
- Support creative development by collaborating with various regional leads on ad content tailored for a B2B audience, in specific regions
- Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and provide insights to improve future campaigns
- Research marketing trends and competitor strategies to help guide our advertising approach
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, and analytics to ensure campaigns align with business goals
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong interest in B2B marketing, performance media, and creative advertising
- Familiarity with TikTok as a platform and a user, with curiosity about how businesses show up on TikTok
- Analytical thinker with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills
- A creative eye and a detail-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to TikTok Ads Manager or other ad platforms
- Those who can work a minimum of 5 days a week and intern for 6 months or longer are preferred
