Greek Market Lead - Global Business Solutions
Responsibilities

This team is responsible for the local go-to-market strategy, building key partnerships with leading brands and agencies, and sits alongside the wider FRITES (France, Italy & Spain) commercial teams. The Country Lead is responsible for building long term partnerships with Greek clients and agencies, and to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, creating a native experience for our users and developing deep connections with our brands.
The Country Lead will manage a team consisting of Brand Partnership Managers, Client Solutions Managers and Agency Partnership Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok
- Lead and grow local and global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
- Help deepen penetration in the market
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
- Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions
Leadership:
- Drive growth for the advertising business in the country
- Work with the international leadership committee to design and implement sales and growth strategy
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the balance of both revenue and user growth by introducing constructive fact-based proposals
- Responsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of driving towards, achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- 10+ years of experience in sales and digital media within media/tech companies
- Strong experience in hiring, managing, and developing individual contributors
- Proven experience in presenting to senior executive audiences
- Excellent verbal and written English and Greek, as this role will work with vendors and stakeholders in the Greek market.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
