The Beauty & Personal Care Business Development team at TikTok Shop works across Skincare, Haircare, Cosmetics, and Men's Grooming to help brands grow and succeed on the platform. Our team includes experts in brand management, data science, and account management, offering a fast-paced but supportive environment where you'll learn quickly and gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and social commerce.

This role is perfect for someone who:
-Loves content creation-whether it's editing videos, testing trends, or optimizing TikTok content.
- Has experience using CapCut, TikTok's creative tools, or other video editing software.
-Is obsessed with TikTok Shop and understands how content drives engagement and sales.
-Has a bias for action-a self-starter who takes ownership and problem-solves proactively.
-Thrives in a fast-moving environment, learning quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
-Creating & optimizing content - Work with brands, creators, and affiliates to develop high-quality, engaging TikTok Shop content.
-Editing videos & experimenting with trends - Use CapCut and other tools to refine content for better performance.
-Supporting brand partnerships - Assist in onboarding and managing beauty brands, helping them optimize their TikTok presence.
-Analyzing content performance - Use data to understand what works, test different creative formats, and improve engagement.
-Executing key initiatives - Support campaigns, promotions, and sales events to drive revenue.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- A graduate with a passion for content creation and social commerce, graduated with a Bachelor's degree or above in 2023 or onwards.
- Available to start in May 2025.
- Experience in video editing using CapCut, TikTok's creative tools, or similar software.
- A strong understanding of TikTok trends, engagement tactics, and best practices for e-commerce content.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
