Responsibilities:
You will be placed across Governance-related domains (e.g., Content Governance, Merchant Governance, Experience, Service, Fraud) and contribute to impactful initiatives, focusing on:
- Research online commerce regulations, product compliance, and industry best practices across global markets to inform strategy.
- Draft, localise, and manage governance policy documents, ensuring alignment with market nuances.
- Prepare guidance materials and training decks to communicate policy and strategy updates to cross-functional teams.
- Devise processes and monitor metrics. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify risk trends, irregular patterns, and root causes.
