As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Support identifying product opportunities catering to the needs of both large and small agencies, and help translate them into actionable product requirements for internal and external product platforms.
- Support the development and iteration of the Agency Portal, enabling scalable agency onboarding flows and growth initiatives.
- Assist in managing the agency product inbound process, including product request intake, analysis, prioritization, and follow-up with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Product Management, or a related field.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or recently graduated, preferably in Data Analysis, Product Management, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in product operations, business operations, digital advertising, or agency ecosystem development.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or project experience in product operations, business analysis, consulting, advertising, or technology platforms.
- Experience conducting research, synthesizing insights, or preparing business documentation.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, agency workflows, or creator/content ecosystems is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
