The System Strategy & Operations team under Global Monetization Strategy & Operations is responsible for standardizing processes, driving product adoption, user satisfaction and loyalty of our transaction platform, building relationships with regional cross-functional teams, managing market voice, and influencing the Product team with market feedback & insights.

About This Position
The System Strategy & Operations team is seeking a Global Product Operations Manager Intern to join us. The role will focus on client incentive systems and processes. You will work with the product team, sales and clients, finance team and other cross-functional teams to develop and activate the client incentive system. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong global business acumen, a passion & vision for transaction systems, strong digital advertising and product positioning skillsets, exhibit excellent problem solving & analytical mindset and communication skills, be able to thrive in an ambiguous environment and have strong leadership to drive impact across xFn teams for the business.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- System Operations & Execution: Assist in the end-to-end operation of the client incentive system and the monthly settlement/payout process to ensure timing and accuracy.
- Data Analysis & Quality Assurance: Help verify and audit incentive calculation results; identify data anomalies or calculation gaps under the guidance of mentors.
- Requirements Gathering: Support the team in translating Latam regional business needs into system product requirements; assist in writing product requirement documents (PRDs).
- User Enablement & Adoption: Help drive the adoption of incentive tools and dashboards among key users (Sales, Clients, Finance) by creating training materials, marketing content, and sales enablement documentation.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a key contact point to address daily system queries from both internal sales representatives and external clients, explaining calculation logic clearly.
- Dashboarding: Support the building and maintenance of client incentive BI dashboards to visualize key metrics for regional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress (preferably in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex messages for different audiences; A fast learner with a strong sense of ownership; comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
- Can commit to at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 6 months
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners and key stakeholders based in Mandarin-speaking markets, where Mandarin is a primary working language.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship experience in product operations, data analysis, or business operations is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in SQL is highly preferred; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or programming languages (Python, R) is a strong plus.
