Global Product Marketing Manager, Content Ads

As the Global Product Marketing Manager for Content Ads, you will be responsible for a subset of the content ads product suite such as Branded Buzz, Branded Search Hub and other ad products with content at the core. You will define the vision and go-to-market strategy for your product domain, ensuring strong adoption and growth among advertisers and creators. You'll act as the "voice of the customer" for advertisers/brands seeking to harness content-native ad formats, working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Creative, Regional Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver solutions that maximize user engagement and ad performance. You will use your experience and technical knowledge to bring together cross-functional stakeholders to achieve alignment across senior product leadership and execute your plans.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the product marketing strategy: positioning, messaging, value proposition, go-to-market plans, and overall roadmap for related products and features.
- Translate market insights, advertiser pain points, and content/creative trends into a coherent product marketing strategy that drives adoption, monetization, and growth of content ads.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Creative, Data Science, Regional Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to align priorities, define product requirements, and ensure seamless execution of launches and campaigns.
- Act as a strategic thought leader and evangelist - both internally and externally - articulating the vision for your product domain, staying ahead of industry and ad-tech trends, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Develop go-to-market campaigns, enablement materials, sales and advertiser collateral, and thought leadership that clearly communicate the value of product formats to advertisers and clients.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs - e.g. adoption rates, revenue growth, creative/ads performance metrics, ROI - and iterate strategy based on performance and feedback.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with advertisers, agencies, and key clients to understand needs, gather feedback, and shape future roadmap.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing management, business development, business strategy
- Experience in MarTech, Data Management and/or Advertising is a must
- Strong knowledge of online advertising, branding, performance advertising and marketing frameworks
- Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders across organizations
- Experience dynamically prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in a fast-paced environment based on changing business priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Able to influence and lead cross-functional and cross-geography work streams
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail and operational processes
- Innovative and adventurous in navigating a rapidly evolving, high-performing team and company
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103200 - $244889 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
