Global Monetization Strategy & Operations Manager (SMB Focus)
Responsibilities
Team Introduction:
The SMB Product Growth team sits within Global Monetization Product and is dedicated to helping Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) grow on TikTok through personalized, actionable, and effective guidance. We focus on unlocking scalable growth by connecting the right advertisers with the right solutions at the right time.
Responsibilities:
1. Global Acquisition Strategy
- Define and own the global new advertiser lead acquisition strategy.
- Develop detailed lead and partner profiles, including strategic partnerships, affiliate marketing partners, and other third-party acquisition channels.
- Establish scalable lead generation frameworks aligned with business priorities.
2. Market & Industry Strategy
- Analyze market size, industry ceilings, growth potential, and lead conversion performance across regions and verticals to identify opportunities, assess business impact, and inform prioritization and investment decisions.

- Develop a deep understanding of regional, country-level, and industry-specific nuances, and translate insights into segmented and scalable acquisition strategies in close partnership with Product Operations and cross-functional teams.
3. Channel & Acquisition Effectiveness
- Identify and evaluate the most effective channels to reach target lead segments.
- Assess channel scalability, efficiency, and feasibility, ensuring strong execution and business impact.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Creator teams, Product, and Engineering to execute strategies and drive sustainable growth.
- Align stakeholders around shared objectives and ensure strong end-to-end execution.
5. Strategic Analysis & Thought Leadership
- Lead key strategic analysis initiatives to uncover growth opportunities.
- Support mid- to long-term business strategy development through rigorous analysis and insight generation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: digital platform user growth, third-party partner growth, market expansion, scalable acquisition, or growth strategy.
- Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools) to conduct in-depth analysis, derive insights, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and engage senior leadership.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, mobile applications, and digital advertising ecosystems, including self-serve ad platforms and auction-based buying models.
- Solution-oriented professional with demonstrated success in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and execution.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience working with SMB advertisers is a strong plus.
