Global Monetization Strategy Associate
Responsibilities
The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
We're looking for a strategic thinker and data-driven problem solver to join our Monetization Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you'll work closely with Sales and other cross-functional partners to shape monetization strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and turn insights into action across global markets.

The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales and other business stakeholders to co-develop and refine monetization strategies
- Conduct deep-dive research, and generate clear, data-backed reports and strategic recommendations to support key decisions by senior leadership
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitors in the media tech industry to deliver in-depth market research on external landscape
- Proactively identify business challenges and pain points; work cross-functionally with international teams to design and implement scalable, actionable solutions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or analytics and research-related roles
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills; able to break down complex problems, drive research projects, generate insights and build clear narratives
- Proven project and stakeholder management skills; comfortable coordinating cross-functional and cross-border teams
- Proficient in Excel and SQL, with strong analytical capabilities and a track record of turning data into actionable insights
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is needed to manage and support stakeholders in China market
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and passionate about driving business impacts in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience working directly with senior business leaders or executives
- Familiarity with digital advertising and/or international market dynamics
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $168000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
