We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Mobility Coordinator to join our Global Mobility team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end process for international relocations, global assignments, and permanent transfers. As a key liaison between employees, internal stakeholders, and external immigration vendors, you will help ensure the delivery of timely, compliant, and employee-focused mobility services. This is a 6-month temporary assignment, pay-rolled through a third-party staffing agency.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for international relocations, assignments, and permanent transfers.
- Coordinate and track immigration case statuses including visas, work permits, and renewals.
- Liase between employees, internal stakeholders, and external immigration/legal vendors.
- Collect and organize required documentation for visa applications and immigration filings.
- Maintain up-to-date records in immigration and mobility tracking systems (e.g., spreadsheets).
- Monitor case deadlines, flag expirations, and escalate urgent issues to the Program Manager.
- Help with compliance reporting.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding relocation
- Help prepare assignment letters, support letters, and communication templates.
- Participate in continuous improvement of mobility and immigration processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a coordinator, administrative, HR/TA, or immigration support role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR operations, particularly in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with immigration processes and terminology (e.g., visa types, work permits).
- Experience working with external immigration vendors or legal counsel.
- Knowledge of global mobility tracking systems or tools.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work across time zones and teams.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (hourly)
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $28- $50.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
