We are seeking a highly experienced and data-driven Insights Manager for Global Education dedicated to measurement and reporting within the internal training team and connecting the dots across cross-functional partners. This role will partner directly with global and regional leaders to build Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports, align impact reporting with defined global program metrics, and ensure reporting fully integrates with our learning priorities.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in training analytics, with the ability to extract and consolidate insights from Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM platforms, and other data sources to provide a clear, compelling narrative of program impact. This person will play a critical role in ensuring that our global training programs are data-driven, impactful, and aligned with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the global owner of impact reporting for all global education programs, including sales education, product training, leadership development, and help center performance.
- Partner closely with regional and global training leaders to align reporting frameworks with business priorities, ensuring that QBR reports reflect the impact of defined programs and strategic learning objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate program effectiveness, ROI, and progress toward business outcomes.
- Develop and execute ROI models to translate educational outcomes (e.g., increased product adoption, reduced support tickets, higher win rates) into quantifiable monetary value.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify which training programs are most effective, which customer segments benefit most from education, and where new learning interventions could drive the greatest business impact.
- Consolidate and analyze large data sets across multiple sources (CRM, LMS, and others) to provide accurate, actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with global learning and enablement strategies.
- Continuously improve data collection and reporting processes, focusing on accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with global training and enablement teams to innovate in measuring training outcomes and embedding impact reporting as a core element of all programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders by proactively surfacing trends, risks, and opportunities from training data.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in training analytics, sales reporting, or related fields, with a strong track record of senior individual contributor impact.
- Proven expertise in translating business questions into analytical frameworks and measurable key business metrics related to sales (e.g., win rate, deal size, quota attainment) and customer success (e.g., churn rate, ticket reduction).
- Experience working with APIs, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and CRM platforms.
- Advanced skills in data visualization and analysis tools, with strong knowledge of integration, consolidation, automation, and database management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into storytelling of insights and recommendations for senior audiences.
- Practical experience in designing and implementing research experiments or A/B testing in a business context.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English to collaborate with direct and cross functional teammates.
- Highly organized with strong business acumen to proactively manage multiple high-visibility projects and navigate ambiguous situations.
- SQL or similar programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript a plus).
- Familiarity with basic web-development and UX principles to design intuitive, leader-friendly dashboards.
- Experience building impact reporting frameworks in a global organization with dispersed stakeholders.
- Experience with advertising platforms and technologies.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80000 - $177334 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
