From executing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement the agency acquisition workflow, including data scrubbing, leads outreach, account and campaign setup, etc.
- Integrate internal resources to ensure campaigns achieve optimal results during the cold-start phase.
- Define key metrics to track operational actions and measure key business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data, and Operations teams to drive end-to-end execution and resolve bottlenecks in agency workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Platform Operations, or Business Operations within the advertising, technology, or agency ecosystem.
- Strong execution-oriented mindset, paired with a strategic perspective on end-to-end business operations.
- Ability to structure ambiguous, complex problems and drive consistent follow-through on resolutions.
- High resilience under pressure and adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115000 - $220400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
