About the Team
Our Global Account team works with leading multinational partners to deliver innovative technology solutions and serve to advocate and educate the market to help accelerate the overall growth of TikTok Global Business Solutions (GBS).

We are looking for a consultative team lead to join our EUI Global Account Team. The team plays a critical role in establishing and leading strategic partnerships between TikTok and key global brands in the region. This team is consultative in nature and will lead the long-term growth of each global account.

Our Global Accounts EUI Lead will act as the strategic ambassador responsible for building TikTok's reputation and revenue for the world's biggest brands. The Global Accounts EUI Lead will anticipate the business needs of the largest multinational companies, and deliver measurable impact for our clients. They will steward partnerships with a long-term client-centric focus and collaborate across a complex matrixed organization to drive organizational KPIs while being passionate about inspiring creativity and joy among our brand partners.

Success in this position requires a focus on business development, industry-leading client leadership, the ability to drive clarity in a dynamic and rapidly evolving work environment, skill in influencing internal sales, product, commerce and other cross-functional leaders and their teams as well as coaching a high-performing team of Global Account managers and directors.

The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about cross-functional account development, strategic with deep analytical and data storytelling ability and regional market enablement. This role requires the ability to work across different time zones and cultures, and bring a philosophy of client-centricity to the role both internally and externally. The successful candidate is a builder, intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, strong in strategic thinking and has deep experience leading through influence.

Responsibilities
- Build and shape the vision, regional strategy, approach, regional coordination, engagement planning and success metrics for TikTok's top global brands in EUI in collaboration with the Global Accounts team and the regional teams.
- Develop and maintain C-level relationships with these top global brands to expand TikTok's presence, and educate and inform on the power of TikTok's platform.
- Critical orchestration required across Global Account team and the regional/in-market sales teams to build the business, revenue and performance together as one sales team.
- Lead analysis and problem solving, lead a team in multiple, simultaneous client and stakeholder engagements, and develop client buy-in to generate and/or maintain strategic global partnerships.
- Build 'ground up' comprehensive business plans, regional in nature and regional in execution, that will drive top line revenue growth.
- Sell in a team environment, lead and assist in the development of generating incremental revenue and increase existing direct revenue from our top global accounts via repeatable/scalable frameworks, programs and plans.
- Work with regional sales leadership to establish/set strategic objectives and goals that maximize business impact.
- Regularly consult with regional sales, product, marketing, measurement and ops leadership to enhance brand and product level positioning and engagement in their markets.
- Sustain close communication and alignment with clients and regional sales counterparts to maximize client strategies and engender trust and collaboration.
- Communicate go-to-market strategies with internal stakeholders (regional GM & sales leads) while driving regional consideration, adoption and consistency.
- Develop and grow a diverse team of globally distributed account directors in line with corporate culture and values, actively contributes to building and sharing the organization's values and leads by example.
- Partner with the internal Global Agency team and their key decision makers in order to drive collaboration and synergistic advancement across the broader Global Agency & Accounts team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Regional or global leadership experience at a platform/publisher, or have a media sales and/or consulting background with strengths in strategy and negotiation.
- Strategy development and consultative skills among sophisticated multinational organization's leadership.
- Experienced in building commercial and growth strategies to drive hyper-growth at a brand, agency or platform.
- Ability to balance the dual expectations and business goals of TikTok and our global accounts, as well as the expectations of multiple clients and regional sales teams.
- Strategic with strong analytical skills; experienced using quantitative and qualitative data, and can storytell to bring action to analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will be showcased while working with internal and external leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
- You are a thought leader in the marketing and media landscape and stay attuned to market intelligence to strategically plan our offering, address brand challenges and optimize our business to changing market dynamics.
- Expert level global account management experience managing regional marketing agendas for multinational companies across multiple markets and cultures.
- Global experience operating at global networks or with global brands in previous roles and a deep understanding of cultural nuances by countries, cultures, and languages.
