Global Account Manager, FBA & QSR, Global Accounts

- Own end-to-end data analysis for global accounts. Move beyond basic reporting to provide diagnostic insights and prescriptive actions that drive client upside.
- Design and maintain sophisticated revenue dashboards and trackers to provide a real-time global view of account health.
- Support global presentations by providing strategic context. While you assist in major "Top-to-Tops," you will fully own client presentations for selective projects, including delivery and follow-up.

Global Infrastructure & Execution
- Build and maintain the global infrastructure (Trackers, Account ID mapping, SVA/FVA allocation) that allows the team to operate with excellence.
- Act as the internal "connective tissue," aligning Product, Content, and Revenue teams to implement the global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Work with cross-functional (XFN) teams to set up internal and external support systems for Joint Business Plan (JBP) delivery and tracking.

Product & Measurement Expertise
- Serve as the team's TikTok product expert. Develop an established POV through regular discovery and self-education.
- Structure campaign testing frameworks for accurate media measurement and tracking, helping clients navigate complex full-funnel solutions.
- Partner with regional teams to cascade product knowledge and best practices, ensuring global consistency.

Commercial Support
- Manage weekly and monthly revenue updates. Proactively pull insights to probe leadership on growth opportunities or potential risks.
- Identify internal opportunities to scale revenue by suggesting relevant alpha/beta product tests to regional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years in digital media, advertising, or tech platforms, with a focus on account management or strategic planning.
- Ability to approach client challenges with a management consulting lens-identifying trends and translating them into product adoption roadmaps.
- High proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Sheets, PPT). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and a track record of "storytelling with data."
- Familiarity with ad verification partners (e.g., IAS, DV, MOAT) and an understanding of how TikTok solutions map to global business objectives.
- High attention to detail; you are the "first line of defense" for ensuring global standards and reporting accuracy are met.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working across different time zones and cultures with a high degree of empathy and "cultural humility."
- A proactive self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced "startup" culture within a global org. You are a team player who prioritizes the success of the collective over the individual.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $151200 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
