Gaming Influencer Growth Manager - TikTok LIVE

TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

We're seeking a Gaming Influencer Growth Manager with deep gaming-endemic experience in the creator ecosystem. The ideal candidate has managed top creators, worked directly with publishers, esports orgs, or major gaming IPs, and understands how to operationalize growth while navigating high-touch talent relationships. You will report directly to the Creator Growth Team Lead and focus on delivering initiatives that scale growth across key creator segments.

Responsibilities:
Influencer Portfolio Management:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of gaming creators, including high-touch support, growth planning, and LIVE-specific optimization.
- Serve as a strategic partner to creators, agents, team managers, and orgs to unlock content, monetization, and LIVE adoption opportunities.
- Navigate escalations, account health, feature adoption, and platform trust with top gaming creators

Publisher Activation Support:
- Work closely with Campaign, Content, and Product teams to execute publisher-side campaigns, ensuring alignment across creator, content, and feature strategy.

- Support creator participation by monitoring performance, growth impact, and campaign execution quality.
- Help surface key learnings to inform future co-branded initiatives and activation models.

Growth Program Delivery:
- Own end-to-end execution of creator growth programs, from cohort selection through onboarding, performance tracking, and measurable results.
- Run creator sprints, seasonal pushes, and reward/incentive systems aligned to gaming-IP cycles and LIVE goals.

Performance Insights & Reporting:
- Partner with Content, Data Science, and Product to analyze creator performance, uncover blockers, and translate findings into clear next steps.
- Create program-level reporting for leadership, highlighting impact across talent tiers and games.

Trend Monitoring & Program Iteration:
- Monitor creator behavior, platform trends, and competitive benchmarks.
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve growth playbooks and campaign strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years in gaming creator management, esports operations, influencer marketing, or publisher partnerships.
- Proven track record managing top creators or talent with high visibility and complex needs.
- Strong understanding of gaming culture, game economies, and seasonal content cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to execute fast-moving programs with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize dashboards and creator metrics.
- Highly cross-functional, effective communicator, strong project ownership.
- Familiarity with LIVE ecosystems, monetization loops, or streaming platforms.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83600 - $143556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
