Responsibilities
The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency.
We are looking for a Cost Manager to join our Fulfillment Operations team, responsible for the fulfillment cost analysis and management in Europe
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the end-to-end cost structure of European local warehouse and distribution operations, including warehouse rent, operations, equipment depreciation, packaging materials, pickup, and last-mile delivery. Develop dynamic cost monitoring models and regularly deliver cost analysis reports to accurately identify variances and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Identify key logistics cost pain points across core European markets (UK, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, etc.), design targeted cost-reduction initiatives, drive implementation, and quantitatively evaluate cost-saving results.

- Support the commercial team in cost negotiation and modeling with European logistics service providers; optimize logistics costs through supplier consolidation and identification of cost-efficiency opportunities.
- Establish a cost evaluation framework for logistics and warehouse service providers to identify cost improvement opportunities and phase out high-cost, low-efficiency partners.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and above. Minimum 5 years of experience in UK & Europe cross-border logistics or warehouse and distribution cost management, with proven success cases in cost-reduction initiatives.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages, with the ability to conduct business communication fluently in order to closely work with cross-border teams in China.
- Strong understanding of UK & Europe cross-border logistics and local warehouse & distribution cost structures.
- Proficient in cost breakdown analysis, ROI modeling, and supplier negotiation.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using BI tools to build cost analysis and monitoring models.
- Familiar with European VAT policies, warehouse labor cost structures, and logistics service provider pricing mechanisms; strong awareness of supply chain risk management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale or multi-country cost optimization projects across key European markets (e.g, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.).
- Hands-on experience supporting commercial negotiations with European 3PLs, carriers, or fulfillment service providers.
- Experience in building standardized supplier cost evaluation or benchmarking frameworks.
- Background in e-commerce, FBT, or high-volume fulfillment logistics environments
