FMCG Category Strategy Project Intern (TikTok Shop, Thailand) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities
- Support Category Strategy and Account Management teams in the execution of platform and category initiatives
- Conduct market research & consolidate competitive insights from e-commerce industries
- Provide support in the extraction and analysis of data to measure sellers' and projects' success
- Produce regular reporting, monitor dashboards, and respond to ad-hoc data needs
- Support strategic planning and execution of business plans
- Other admin-related work and troubleshooting

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative
- Strong analytical skills with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Workspace tools
- Strong attention to detail and high accountability
- Able to commit to working full-time 3-5 days a week for at least 3 months

Preferred Qualifications
- Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of platform trends and user behavior
- Business/Science/Engineering major is preferred
