About the team
The FMCG Category Strategy team is a dynamic and fast-paced team responsible for driving the growth and development of the FMCG category on TikTok Shop. We work at the intersection of business strategy, data analytics, seller management, and cross-functional execution to identify growth opportunities and turn them into impactful initiatives. Our team works closely with sellers, Account Managers, Product, Operations, Ads, Campaign, and other cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and develop strategies across areas such as seller growth, livestreaming, monetization, campaigns, subsidies, and platform programs.

About this role
As an FMCG Category Strategy Project Intern, you will support the Category Strategy team in driving key strategic projects and day-to-day business initiatives. You will work closely with Strategy Leads, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to turn data and insights into actionable business solutions.

Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of FMCG strategic projects (execution & implementation, progress monitoring)
- Conduct data analysis and business diagnostics to identify trends, key issues, and growth opportunities across FMCG.
- Support the development of data-driven recommendations and action plans to address business challenges.
- Conduct market, competitor, and seller research to generate relevant business insights.
- Monitor and track project KPIs, targets, and progress, ensuring timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Support seller-related initiatives and programs, including seller research, program tracking, and execution.
