FMCG Category Strategy Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

The FMCG, Fast Moving Consumer Goods Category Strategy team identifies growth opportunities through data-driven insights to drive GMV and address market gaps. The team takes a holistic view of the business while also deep-diving into brand and seller investments and performance to support informed strategic decisions.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally, particularly in supporting Joint Business Planning (JBP) for 2026. You will collaborate closely with account managers and key stakeholders to support effective budget utilization and resource allocation. This internship will strengthen your communication and coordination skills, provide exposure to the FMCG industry, and develop your analytical capabilities in a data-driven business environment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the category point of contact (POC) between the cluster team and creator team to ensure timely and accurate monthly submissions for JBP Creator Benefits.
- Manage weekly and monthly automated submissions for key JBP General Benefits, including Pontos and UG Ads.
- Track and maintain JBP seller payment statuses, including daily updates and announcements during morning alignment meetings.
- Provide ad hoc operational support for JBP-related activities, such as ad credit injections, budget reallocations, and one-off requests.
- Support broader team initiatives, including competitive benchmarking and data extraction/analysis beyond JBP-related tasks.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a university student.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in handling and processing data.

Preferred Qualifications
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Eager to learn, humble, and able to commit to five days of work from office (RTO5).
