FMCG Campaign Affiliate Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

As an FMCG Campaign Affiliate Project Intern, you will support the execution and management of affiliate marketing campaigns on TikTok Shop during key campaign periods. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations, including campaign briefings, promotional setup, creator and product sourcing, product delivery tracking, and coordination across teams. The role also involves monitoring real-time campaign performance, supporting post-campaign evaluations, and assisting with general ad-hoc tasks to drive successful campaign outcomes.

Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment.

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of affiliate campaigns for FMCG categories during key campaign periods on TikTok Shop
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign operations, including campaign briefings, promotional setup, creator and product sourcing, product delivery tracking, and cross-functional communication
- Monitor real-time campaign and project performance, and assist in post-campaign analysis and performance evaluation
- Provide support for general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
- Passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and campaign operations
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic performance tracking or reporting
- Available to commit to a full-time or part-time internship during campaign periods
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn while supporting ad-hoc responsibilities as needed

Preferred Qualifications
- Active TikTok user with a good understanding of platform trends, content formats, and audience behavior
- Familiar with the Thai affiliate ecosystem, including trending content and key creators
- Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability in managing tasks independently from initiation to completion
