Finance Business Partner - TikTok Live

Responsibilities

As a Finance Business Partner at TikTok and a key member of the Global Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving TikTok's continued growth and success. Based in our Singapore office, you will support the TikTok team while aligning with global finance strategies, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to regional needs. Your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of financial activities, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and process optimization. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with other Finance Business Partners and cross-functional teams worldwide, contributing to informed decision-making and sustainable business growth.

This individual contributor role requires working onsite five days a week and is a key position within the global Finance Business Partner team, offering great opportunities for professional growth and learning in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Financial Planning: participate in the financial planning for core business, including annual revenue as well as long-term planning. Monitor budget implementation to ensure timely commitments, and conduct rigorous variance analysis. Regularly update forecasts to guide decision-making.
- Revenue analysis: deep dive into key metrics and root causes for revenue fluctuation explanation. Analyze the drivers for regional revenue, sort out the correlation between various dimensions and metrics. Dedicated to optimizing projection methodology and interpretation of revenue.
- User Growth Analysis: Support the launch of user growth strategies across multiple apps for business lines, conduct regular analysis of strategy effectiveness and ROI reviews, and identify financial optimization opportunities.
- Other ad hoc support work.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Extensive years of relevant work experience as a Finance Business Partner or equivalent roles.
- Exceptional communication, logical reasoning, collaboration, self-motivation, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, particularly ROI-related analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to collaborate with global internal stakeholders based in Mainland China.

Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience working in fast-paced, international organizations or global companies, particularly within the internet, media, or TMT industries, is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL/Power BI and AI models is highly preferred.
