Position Summary:
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner with over 5 years of relevant experience to support our live business operations in Latin American countries. LIVE is growing rapidly in LATAM countries, and the new Finance Business Partner will focus on supporting regional growth from a finance perspective. This individual contributor is key within the global Finance Business Partner team and offers great opportunities for professional growth and learning in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the financial point of contact for the regional Live operation team, collaborating with various departments to meet daily financial needs and provide financial insights that support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor budget performance, analyzing and explaining significant variances in collaboration with business teams to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Develop practical and compliant financial solutions for fast-paced business needs, by orchestrating product and finance teams to streamline financial processes from project launch to completion.
- Develop a solid understanding of the business structure and key financial metrics from a regional perspective to produce straight forward financial reports and insights for management.
- Continuously identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvement, compliance risk mitigation, and process enhancement to boost operational effectiveness and capital utilization efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance roles (e.g., Finance BP, FP&A, or Finance Strategy).
- Possess a strong curiosity for business and a solid understanding of financial principles. Proven ability to identify financial implications. Experienced in recognizing financial impact in business needs decision. Well-versed in key business operations and their integration with financial systems.
- Adaptable to multicultural environments and evolving business needs, with the ability to proactively collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to gather insights and align objectives.
- Strong technical skills in Excel and financial tools. Proficient in building offline dashboards with Excel to adapt to evolving online business data structures.
- High levels of written and oral fluency in Mandarin are required for this role. This is essential as the collaboration with China-based stakeholders is necessary to ensure local financial strategy aligns seamlessly with group objectives, manage core financial systems, and safeguard capital allocation through cross-border contract review.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a finance contributor in developing SOPs or optimizing operational systems.
- The ability to extract complex data from databases (e.g., MySQL).

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111467 - $205169 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
