Responsibilities
Team Introduction
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports. We are building out a team to support unprecedented growth as we continue to expand our user and advertiser base, content library, and product features. It is an exciting time to join and help optimize our financial performance along this journey!
We are seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role is central to providing strategic support, financial planning, and insightful analysis to enable informed decision-making within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Financial Support: Provide strategic support and expert advice to department heads and senior finance managers, helping drive key business initiatives.
2. Financial Planning: Lead the Financial Planning process for key functions, including the development of near-term and long-term budget plans. Monitor budget implementation to ensure timely commitments, and conduct rigorous variance analysis. Regularly update budgets and forecasts to guide decision-making.

3. Operational Optimization: Take charge of optimizing practices, policies, programs, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with various business units, offering valuable financial insights and advice to support company-wide decision-making.
5. Market Analysis and Business Intelligence: Support industry analysis and conduct business intelligence research to provide actionable insights and stay ahead of market trends.
6. Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvement in finance and operational processes, ensuring increased efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in FP&A or equivalent roles is essential. Experience within the ad sales, sales finance and/or internet, media, or TMT industry is preferred.
2. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, logical reasoning, collaborative teamwork, self-motivation, and critical thinking.
3. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, particularly ROI-related analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
4. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is highly preferred.
5. Certification: Certificates such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $220400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
